UPDATE - I am movin on out of Fremont! - but not too far, as im moving a few blocks west to the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. It remains to be seen how the living alone concept goes over, but I anticipate It will go swimmingly.

Pretty sure if the weather continues on the way its going I will be driven completly crazy. Worst summer ever last year, followed up by the worst spring weather ever. Really takes a toll on the nerves.
