One of my favorite things to do on a lazy sunday when I lived in San Francisco was to take old man walks of reflection. Those walks would ultimately land me at Ina Coolbrith Park atop Russian Hill overlooking the city. I believe this to be one of the best places in the city to quietly relax, catch up on your thoughts and maybe even read a book if one so desired. If you ever find yourself with some extra time on your hand while visiting, I highly recommend you stop by and have a sit if you're ever in need of some time for yourself.
Los Angeles Marathon.... Finisher!

I ran an entire marathon in under five hours! Couple of years ago I would have laughed at the notion and look at Andrew Sprung now, out there making fitness things happen.
