Hailing from the fine state of Michigan albeit the northern suburbs of Detroit, I couldn't help but be moved by the Super Bowl commercial Chrysler unleashed on America during the Super Bowl last night. Simply brilliant. As a native Michigangander I was very proud of the message Chrysler delivered in that 2 minute spot. Grit, hard work, industrious and determination all hallmarks of what helped put Detroit and America on the industrial map. As a marketer I must say what a great job by their ad agency did to deliver that powerful message. Kudos to Wieden+Kennedy

In utilizing every great US Army General possible, the current "officer" spot by the US Army is simply stunning. The spot runs the gamut from George Washington, Dwight Eisenhower, Douglas MacArthur right up to current day General David Patreus. Using iconic imagery, a strong conveyance of patriotism; duty to ones country shines right through. Gives this guy goose bumps and it just simply awesome
